Fate or Free Will

Now that we know that every person has free will, fate is no longer viewed as a fixed and inevitable scenario, but rather as a set of initial conditions, potentials, and probabilities. Free will is the tool through which we turn these probabilities into reality.

How Free Will Changes Destiny

What we call “fate” is actually a self-reinforcing neural network in our brain. When we think, feel, and act in the same way every day, we activate and reinforce the same neural and behavioural patterns. In this way, we create a predictable future—the one we often take to be our destiny.

When we use our free will to introduce a new thought or a new action, we break this cycle and open the door to a new path in life.

As our personal frequency and consciousness change, we begin to recognise the automatic programmes that govern our lives. Many people spend their lives on “autopilot,” driven by subconscious patterns and traumas, and call the results of these patterns “fate.” When we become aware of these patterns, we regain control—or the ability to choose.

True freedom, however, does not come solely from awareness, but from the next step. When we understand what we create through our will, our choices cease to be random and become conscious. And a conscious choice is the purest form of will itself.

The Power of Conscious Choice

Every day, we make countless small choices. Even changing how we react to an event—for example, choosing understanding over anger—instantly alters our future course.

According to channelled information, there are countless parallel versions of our future. The reality toward which we direct our attention, intention, and vibration is the reality we begin to experience.

When we use our will to act in a new and constructive way, we break the old karmic inertia and create a new cause-and-effect relationship.

Here, we can also explore the role of what are known as “soul contracts.” Even if certain predetermined events, trials, or important encounters exist, our free will determines how we will navigate them—with drama and suffering or with wisdom and ease.

Mind, Body, and Energy

To change our destiny, we need to move from reacting and living on autopilot to conscious creation. This requires work on three levels: the mind, the body, and energy.

The mind is the architect of old patterns. We must recognise it the moment it tries to repeat a learned response, and consciously redirect it toward observation and understanding.

The body functions as a living archive of our experiences. It preserves the traces of past reactions, tension, and subconscious patterns. At this level, free will manifests itself through the conscious calming of the nervous system and the gradual release of the physical imprint of past karma.

The third level is energy, which is our “quantum transmitter”—the carrier of the frequency we emit into the world. When the mind is calm and the body is free from the toxic chemistry of the past, our personal frequency rises, and life begins to respond to our vibrational resonance.

It is important to note that young children, as well as people going through severe psychological trials, do not always have the full capacity at that moment to consciously apply this triad. Their minds do not yet have the same access to choice. For them, their free will remains alive at the level of the soul, even when it is temporarily unable to manifest fully through the body and mind.

The next time you find yourself reacting in the same old, familiar way, pause for a moment. It is precisely in that pause between the stimulus and the reaction that your freedom to choose a different path—and with it, a different destiny—lies.
